Yup I agree it would help everyone in the long run. That way both parties know what is really expected and you don't have the miscommunication that seem to occur. People can only try their best. I just wanted to show there is always the other side and if people work together most of the time it will get resolved. But alas people get upset and things turn ugly and its a lose lose situation.
