But people hang coyotes on the fence to keep other coyotes from coming on the property .... which doesn't even work .. learned in a Wildlife Ecology class.. and you hung the dog on the fence to learn who the owner is right???? IS that really the only way for you to get in contact with the owner?? I doubt it ... I mean maybe it was in a fit of rage that you did it .. all i know is it was insensitive and inhumane.......
