You're right, there is always "that one buyer" that will try to rip off the seller - in any industry. But can you honestly say to yourself that you think alllll of these people are "that buyer" that is trying to rip off Brushy Creek.
PS - I also have to give you credit - the farting the crow feathers comment was very funny.
