It's not the last time you'll see it. Just ignore it. That's his penis, it's usually retracted into the sheath (the part that you see). It's normal and natural and part of life if you have a male dog. His penis will do that even after he's unsexed. Actually, when Rocky was intact the only time it made an appearance was when he was "working". Believe me, that's not the worst thing you'll have to deal with in his life.
