Yes, it's a horse whip...I guess. Jo loves to chase the tip around, catch it, get wound up in it, kill it and chase it some more! It works great for my (couch potato) husband who can sit and watch t.v. but still excersize Jo
You can buy a smaller version that's made for cats, I think it has a feather on the end. Jo loves his and actually scratches and whines at the door where we keep it when he wants to play. Here's a picture of Jo playing with it.......
