How did you find this trainer and how expensive was he?
My husband found him in the yellow pages, I believe. We were in Lake Charles, LA at the time. He has a "boot camp" where he trains service dogs and is also a "Dog Whisperer" ... now, I have always been a "doubting Thomas" about this, but whether he whispered to Toto or not, I don't know! All I do know is that he was like magic with her. He works with larger dogs and felt that the "one on one" would be better for her and would have introduced her to a group later on. Unfortunately, we were sent somewhere else and left Lake Charles ... we certainly regretted not getting more training. He was also "training" us! The charge for us was $30 per hour and worth every cent!!
