Welcome to YT! I think all these babies do that at a young age .... it's almost as if they are just wanting to play but I have read that some of them don't stop as they mature. Our Toto did that and we simply told her no and at the same time gave her a teether or toy. She quit doing it and also began quickly to learn the invaluable command, "No"!
