Here's my thought. If there was a restaurant in town which served hundreds, nay, THOUSANDS of happy customers a year....but also developed a reputation for people getting food poisoning there....even if out of thousands, say only *25* of them got sick and died of food poisoning in one year: is that REALLY where you would want to go each lunch?! Would you recommend it to other people?! Would you not think THAT worthy of some media investigation and discussion?!
What about a car dealer who had many happy customers, and return customers....but also consistently had a small handful on the side claiming that their brand new cars had to go in for hundreds and thousands of dollars worth of care within the first week? Would that not indicate SOMETHING wrong?
What if your local Avon lady started delivering the WRONG items to people, and then cussing THEM out about it when they complained?! No matter how many happy, well-serviced customers she had...how long do you think she'd stay in business?!
It's simple logic...It doesn't matter whether we're talking about dogs, or donuts. Bad business dealings are bad business dealings. |
