She reminds me of a little silkie that I bought to rescue from a breeder/so called rescuer. No hair, she actually had mange & was covered in sores but the lady claimed she didnt it was because she was a rare blue skin
not. I have been involved in rescueing out of our pound for years I know mange when I see it. I had her a year & got her hair & skin looking healthy & shinny. She is now in her for ever home & I know Gracie II will get her for ever home too. We are so glad you were rescued Gracie.
