Congratulations
This Is The Way I Did It With My Little Harvey.
We Got Him At 8 Weeks, He Weighed 1.4lb.
We Intended To Have Him Sleep In The Kitchen In A Crate, (the Crate Was Too Big So I Made His Bed One Side And Put Wee Pad Folded In The Other Side). However We Tried And He Cried So My Daughter Slept On Sofa With Him For 4 Nights (we Just Couldnt Bear To Leave Him To Cry - It Was That Little Face!!!!!!).
When I Took Him To Be Checked At The Vet - He Told Me I Should Get Him Into The Sleeping Pattern I Wanted For Him Straight Away - As It Was Unfair To Get Him Used To A Different Way Then Change Him Again. It Was Heartbreaking And He Cried For About An Hour For The First 3 Days - But Eventually Stopped And Though He Doesnt Love His Crate - He Doesnt Object To Going To Bed At All.
We Take Him Out To Wee Regularly And He Hardly Has Any Accidents - He Is 10 Months Now And Weighs 3.5 Lb.
Good Luck With Your Little One. |
