hhmm.. Forest, one of my other dogs always jumps and hits the door with his feet so I just hung a bell from the door handle long enough for his feet to hit it where he normally jumps. Slowly I was able to bring the bell up higher and now he just reaches up and snags it so it rings.
Ok, that wasn't much help. I would keep trying to use the peanut butter and as soon as she actually makes it ring take her out.
