I guess I've just heard too many scary stories of yorkies being stolen! but I guess keep them chipped!and all your info updated!. I just use for now the small nylon cat collar w/plastic clamps, it breaks away easily. But like I said earlier when Lily gets older def a harness. I am glad to hear all these stories, keep every possible scenerio in mind!
