I'm also going to contact the authorities in her hometown to see what recourse I have through them. I have free EAP services through my company. which includes Legal so I'll be calling them Monday as well if I don't receive my money.
I also still need to talk to my friend at the Texas Attorney General's office as every search I've done said they would be a big help.
I've been checkig the internet and there are several other avenues we can can all use.

No I did not track it as when she told me to track it before I had to call DHL and they said she only printed the label. I am done with this nut case.
