This is what I do.....
Biol about 1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I buy Amish)
Cook 1 to 1/2 C brown rice (I use a rice cooker, $15)
Steam a peeled, choppped sweet potato
Steam, fresh aparagus, carrots, spinach (or whatever veggies) till barely crisp
Dice the chicken and veggies into tiny pieces and mix with brown rice. Put into 1.5 or 2 Cup freezer containers. It should fill 3-4 containers. When feeding, put about 1/4 C onto plate and microwave for 20 seconds.
One container will last approx. one week.
Other meats such as veal, salmon, venison, very lean ground beef can be substituted. Good luck to you and your baby!! | Man Jodi your a good mommy....I wish I had the time to do it, but after reading how you do it, I might be about to do this....
