Stacye took Beau to a specialist this week and all his bloodwork came back bad. He had advanced liver disease, thyroid disease, both back legs had luxating patella. This little guy was SO sick.

She called me this morning and said she had decided to have him PTS because he was in so much pain and nothing was helping.He couldn't walk anymore and she had not seen him even wag his tail in 2 weeks.

I went with her and she was all to pieces. She cradled Beau's little body and cried like a baby. The vet who put him to sleep said he was ready. His little body was just ravaged and he was SO swollen from steroids.

I feel so bad. First my son's cat had to be PTS last week, then his 11 year old min pin died day before yesterday and now this.

I just want to hold on to my 2 little yorkies and cry.
