The little rope groomers use go up under the jaw, not the throat, but if your not comfortable at that thought, then look on the net for information on grooming. If you want her to be in a long coat, then the grooming will be a snap to do since it will be just the ears and pads. Mine have never been to a groomer. I'm always trying out different cuts on them.
