If Buddy were out in a yard I would be sure to have his harness on with his tags. He gets walked daily. I have never put a collar on his neck and never will. You do however make a valid point. I think wearing a collar definelty should be on dogs who go out in the yard to potty and left on larger dogs.
But yorkies get into to much mischief and I would be scared to death Buddy
would get hung up on something while I was gone. I prefer him collar free.
