I couldn't agree more. I tried many different collars for Ruby. After 3 incidents of her getting hung up on pillow fringe, an area rug and then getting it stuck in her mouth, I gave up! I personally believe tattooing is the way to go, it easily seen, permanent and no cancer scare, as with the microchip.
