We finally found one! We brought him home last night... he's adorable! We named him Caddo....
Pixie liked him at his house last night, but she got upset when she realized he was coming home with us. She stayed mad all night and even this morning... but they had some play time earlier at which time she seems to have changed her mind. I just took some photos this afternoon, and Pixie looks happier than she's been in a LONG time. You can even see the smile in her pictures!
Caddo is adorable. He's so fluffy and soft... and ROUND! LOL He waddles when he walks... He really loves Pixie, too. He follows her everywhere... or at least he tries to. His first attempt this morning left us laughing so hard we cried because she took off about 3 steps away from him and he went to run after her (our house is all tile, by the way)... and he had all four paws going 90 to nothing... then he fell flat on his tummy. It was soooo funny! Since then, he's learned that he has to walk on the floor, and he gets around great.
When I went to take pictures, I think Pixie got a little jealous. She hopped up there with him and sat by him, so I snapped one of the 2 of them, then a few of just her. She was a lot happier then - I think she likes the spotlight!
