Welcome to YT! Yes it is very normal for puppies to want to bite everything/everyone. The trick is to give them things that they are
allowed to chew on.
Try to have alot of toys for her to play with. They really have a great assortment of things for puppies now. Do you have a Petsmart or Petco nearby? If not there are places to order from online. She's teething and there are a couple of toys for that. I used ice cubes but I guess that's not a wise thing to do.
A few things you could give her are: soft braided fleece ropes, Puppy Kong and carrots. We all advocate buying "natural" chews for our puppies. No rawhides (because they're bleached) and no Greenies! Can't think of much more... I'm sure someone else will drop in and give some more suggestions.
