My puppy had the samething going, his pop came with yellowish mucus. Sometimes it could the start of diarrhea like marcerella02 stated. We went to the vet for his regular shots, he had pop test and everything was normal.
This yellow mucus could be from eating something they are not supposed to, my pup picks up just about anything and will eat, so make sure you don't have anythin laying around that Lula will eat. I know it's hard to keep in eye on them but hopefully she will be OK.
Another thing that could be, food. what kind of food are you feeding? After switching my to a different food and watching him like hawk, his pop now is hard solid.
