on valentines!!! how great!!!! well to be honest it is really hard to tell from looking at the pics but, my bella is 4.5 pounds and it looks like it would fit her.(but she is skinny..hehe) her little yorkie friend is about 3.5 pounds and he has had the same harness since he was born. they just adjust the harness. i think from the looks of that one it will adjust perfectly.....
