OMG, yes I did!! I had a 2002 Windstar. The brakes went out before I had 30K miles on it. I had to get the front pads replaced, then less than one month later, they started squealing. So I took it back to the brake place and they did a warranty replacement, and said the rear brakes needed to be replaced soon too. I had already forked out a few hundred dollars. Sure enough, less than 30 days, the brakes started squealing again. Then the brake place said I had really soft rotors. Whatever.
I had nothing but trouble with that van. A couple of years ago, I just traded it in on a new Camry. I had to PAY to get out of it, since I had had it such a short time, but I didn't care. After all I went through with that thing, I was happy to get out of it.
I wish I could say something encouraging, but that thing had every problem you could think of. The rear door light kept saying it was open even when it wasn't--got that "fixed" twice. Ugh...
