You can't actually download a video to YT - but you can
upload one to a host site like DROPSHOTS... then post the link and WE click the link to go to dropshots to see it - I say Dropshots because it's very user friendly

Another way to say it is ....First - download your video to your computer - Then....go to your folder it's in (where your pictures go) and you can drag that file right into Dropshots window (after you sign up)
it's very easy - then you copy and past the link to your video and put it in your post - it would look just like this -
