I have ordered from Petedge at least a dozen times! I have never had a problem with them! And when I have had to exchange things for size, everything was here promtly and my charge card has always been right. They have never messed anything up at all. People are human.....give them a 2nd chance. Are they sending out the things that were forgotten...YES....are they charging you for the shipping...NO....I don't get why you are soooo angry. They are making it right.......Be happy they are doing that. Many companies would not.......
