Sometimes it just makes light of a situation when you're tired. Hubby will look a little frisky and I'll say "well...maybe...as long as you fix the front door today". I could totally see me saying "Honey, I'll make sure you get lucky every day this week if I can get a new puppy!". LOL It'd be a win win for both parties if you ask me.
Exactly. It really isn't like a monetary exchange--at least not when you're married (same here almost 16 years).

It is kind of a light-hearted, playful thing.

I get whatever I want no matter what , the other just sweetens the deal
