You are entitled to your own opinion, but first of all they were not replacing anything. They simply did not give me 12 items that I ordered. According to the packing list at least 3 different people worked on my order. A picker, packer and a checker. So if the picker did not pick the 12 missing items the packer should have seen that and added them when they packed it. Then the package probably went to the checker, I am assuming that the checker's job is to check that the items are in the box. I do not know how three different people would overlook 12 items!
