and Lenora - good catch - if you saw this person somewhere else then it's obvious they're buying up dogs to put to WORK breeding. I did see the location before it was changed and didn't comment - but I would think ANYONE who is buying up dogs like this and living in Puppy Mill territory (even though it's none of our business lol) isn't looking for a pet at all.
