A friend of mine was given the cutest dog collar I have ever seen and I am trying desperately to find one. She said the lady who gave it to her said she got it from Hallmark, which I checked with no such luck. The collar is completely covered in multi colored bells inch for inch and is just adorable. So if anyone has a clue as to where I could find this adorable collar please let me know! Thanks!
