Girl - that doesnt sound right - not too many breeders pay for shipping - if any even do - You really need to find out what's going on and I sure hope you paid by Credit Card or check - something you can dispute. It doesn't sound right to me -
I'm not trying to scare you but there are plenty of people collecting deposits and NOT sending a dog - it's a huge scam. I'm not saying this happened to you but that free shipping part is NOT good. I'd be for sure calling and getting better answers.
