 when will he grow some hair?
My Yorkie is now 9 months old with a cotton coat. His hair is not growing at all. Should I cut it? He always looks scraggly and whenever I put a sweater on, it is a nightmare of tangles afterwards. My hubby says leave it alone...but I'm not sure. Help! |
