 1st Heat...what to look for
Okay my baby Gia is almost 9 months, I wanted to get her fixed (spray or neuter I get them mixed up) in November but because she came down with demodex really bad I had to wait until she had two negative scrapings back to back before I could do anything. Well here it is Feb and I'm noticing her nipples are protruding and her vagina kind of looks swollen. I have an appointment scheduled for Tuesday the 6th (Thank God)
My question is:
What are signs as far as behavior to start looking for right before the first heat? I noticed she's not eating as much, and she's not active like she usually is. I don't know if I'm just looking into things to much.
All I know is I hope she can hold out until Tuesday because if she's in heat it?s an additional 150.00 on top of the already 350.00 |
