I would turn the lady in to the police the humane society whoever you can think of. I dont know if i would take any of her dogs in. What if her dogs are sick. You wouldnt want to exose your dogs to anything. God luck storys like this really make me angry. I am going to give My two a hug and be thankful they are with me |
