Ugh, it's so frustrating! She'll do it when she's ready and sometimes the more you keep trying, the more stubborn they become. My nephew was almost FOUR and wasn't trained, but he kept begging to go to "school" like his little friend down the street. WELL, my sis told him that only big boys can go to school, and to be a big boy, he'd have to use the potty and not his pants. It was only a matter of days before he was "trained"
You'll hit on what works, and will probably be by accident
In the meantime, don't be so hard on yourself and just let her wear her pull ups. But when she wants to do something that big girls get to do, she'll have to miss out cuz she's not a "big girl" yet
