Yorkies are better than pills!!! After Patrick's heart attack, it's like his entire personality changed and understandably so. He has never been impatient, short-tempered, etc., until now. I, of course, watch him like a hawk!
I totally understand that it was life changing for both of
us but just recently noticed the change in Toto!! Evidently she senses if he has had a really stressful day or is extremely tired. She is so sweet and attentive and can hardly wait to settle down on his chest or cuddle in his arms. She will sometimes just gaze deep into his eyes and then start slowly licking him! You can
see the stress of his day draining away!! It's amazing!
If it didn't sound so ridiculous, I would have her certified as his Service Dog .... but then again, how would I ever explain
what she does?!?
