Yes, try clipping some of the hair from behind Roxie's ears and then taping them up, some people state popsicle sticks will help with taping. The only reason I didn't do that is that the other dogs would have just pulled them off her ears. So with her being the only dog now, the tape and sticks should stay put. The hair is what weighs down their ears some time but each dog is so different. Ruby had antenna ears and she looked like a bunny for a long time until her body grew into her ears.LOL Roxie would bite Ruby's ears and she would be crying so I would have to make Roxie stop playing so rough with her sister.
My Teddy had floppy ears and now he's 10 and his ears stand all up except the tip less than quarter inch is flipped over and if I had known then what I have learned now, I believe his ears would be totally up.
The only down thing with dogs with pointed ears is that, they get lots of dirt in their ears too so you have to make sure your groomer cleans their ears and I do so too with a q-tip but with care as they squirm and you can puncture their ear drums. I had my vet show me how.
Nice chatting.
