I think its a big fat SCAM. If she had that many dogs, pregnant ones, puppies etc. that is kind of an urgent matter and she should respond.
On the other hand if we give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she got an overwhelming response and either placed them already, or is still trying to get back with everybody...who knows....sounds fishy though.
