Trixie was healthy too,apart from having her baby teeth out and losing an eye when she was attacked by an English Bull Terrier she didn't see the vet much either.
As for the training,I haven't found Ellie so easy.She can be a very stuborn little girl.
We have got 2 other dogs as well,Emma[Border Collie],Bonnie[not sure from rescue centre]who are 9 and 10.This does help as Ellie does semm to copy what they do.
