If you are not planning on grooming your yorkie yourself, it is best to start the process as early as possible, I like to get them at least by 4 months as there is much to learn at the groomers. Puppies that are started early get used to the process and some even look forward to it.
It can be harder on a dog to wait till they are older, just my opinion |
