 "holding it" question
I just posted on the training site (called ready for crate training), but thought i'd try here too as i'm desperate.
At what age did u guys typically start crate training when you were gone?
Is it a bad idea to put some newspaper in the crate while you are gone?
my little stinker has managed to escape every place i put her -gates, xpens(or tear things apart like walls, woodwork etc) so I imagine I'll be forced to start kenneling her earlier than you are supposed to-to protect her -from herself. (she is 3 1/2 mo's)
just curious on your thoughts out there.... I didnt have this much trouble w/my first yorkie-so I'm clueless and I dont have a neighbor closeby that can check on her during the day (we are typically gone for 7 to 8 hours each day). |
