Tell Tiggman that we think we have Toto on a healing regimen finally. Gotta trim off about 2 lbs. 8 oz. off her tiny frame and she started a new feeding regimen yesterday ... so far, so good! Her Colorado vet says he thinks this will heal the ribs!
