I am not familiar with the Fromm's but the other 3 brands are good ones. As for a 3 pound/5 month old puppy .... I have a 5 month old and a 3 month old. One a little less than 3 pounds and one a little more. I free feed dry kibble (always available to them) and one a day give them 1/6 can of Canidae All Stages mixed with about an equal amount of dry. The 1/6 just worked out as I have 4 dogs. The two larger older dogs get a third of a can and then the Yorkie pups split the remaining third.
