My Maltese, Jack, was 6 mos when he was neutered. He came home and wimpered for 3 days. Stood with his chin on a wadded up quilt and his rear end up in the air and slept like that. Wanted to be held.
Rocky came home, jumped to the back of the couch. The next day I caught him trying to mate with Sunnie who just started in heat. It didn't seem to matter that he had stitches and bruising all around his pisser. That was 2 wks ago. He's fine now. Still trying to make Sunnie happy.....not happening. |
