Don't take her to a groomer unless they are familiar with the yorkie....they'll screw them up each and every time. The top 2/3 of the ear should be shaved. There should be a V pattern from the bottom part of the 2/3 and fan out. Use a mustache trimmer, but I highly recommend a Wahl Peanut, it can also be used for trimming the foot pads.
