She doesn't need a groomer. Just keep her brushed daily and you could just take yours or your husbands electric shaver and cut the hair off the front and back of the ears to 1/3 of the way down. I use my husbands beard and mustache trimmer on the girls ears. For the nails, just get a rough emery board (wal-mart, 2 to a pack, black) and file them a little each week or after each bath when you have them wrapped in a towel. For the pads, you can either use a small electric razor like the mustache trimmer, or a blunt nose scissors to cut out some of the hair if it gets too thick between the pads.
