When I was searching I called a local ad with pic. Searching that night I found the SAME pic listed with someone else. I called the local one and she said she would look into this. I e-mailed the breeder and he said the same thing and insisted it was his pup. I was going to go see the pup but decided I didn't want to even get involved.
