Hello, She is a gorgeous little girl. To help with the gook under her eyes, I clean my pets eyes with Eye Clear. I saturate the area and then I use a small mustache comb to clean the gunk out of the hair and it comes out quite easily. Or any type of really fine toothed comb. But I like the mustache comb because it is very little and I can get right under the eyes. If you could find a small doll comb like for Barbie or something that would be good too. Hope this helps.
