I made the mistake of buying a no-name stroller from ebay, just because it was the color i wanted. I paid too much, plus it is so cheaply made. When I took it to the mall, one of the wheels kept coming off and I'd have to retrace my steps to find it.
The only really terrible deal i've gotten with ebay. Plus, I kept emailing the seller to see if I could return it (before I used it of course), and he wouldn't respond. So I finally left negative feedback, and he responded with lies and called me "judgmental". Bummer.
