I think this problem gets worse the older they are, correct? We have a collie mix shelter rescue that wasn't neutered till he was over a year old, and he still acts like he's a little stud. It's been over a year and he still humps our other dogs and marks his territory everywhere (outside, at least). I think it's just wishful thinking on his part.
