It sounds like she's really scared. It will take some time for her to adjust.
I really have never heard a furbaby scream. That's so super sad.
Maybe when you leave you can place something of yours, like a shirt, robe,
something she will be able to pick up the sense, so she won't feel all alone.
It hasn't been a week yet, I'd leave the paper where you have it, and pick up
one at a time, until you just have one left, lets just hope it's where she wants to go.
